This summer, the last of the long-planned loop roads designed to ease congestion and improve traffic flow at the Routes 206/518 intersection will open to traffic. The loop road network was originally recommended in the 2002 Master Plan by the Planning Board and policy makers as the most effective and least disruptive solution. Emergency crews in Montgomery Township NJ are responded to a motorcycle crash near East Mountain Road at today at 2:23 pm. Montgomery first responders were setting up a medevac landing zone in Lubas Park on Route 601, according to Somerset County dispatch audio.

A New Jersey Chancery Court Judge ruled in favor of a local community group and the Borough of Rocky Hill NJ on March 18, concluding a long-running legal battle over the fate of the shuttered Mary Jacobs Memorial Library. The court ruled that a newly formed entity, the Harold & Mary Jacobs Library Foundation, Inc.
