Montgomery police and EMS responded to Route 206 near the Tiger’s Tale restaurant for a two-vehicle motor vehicle crash with injuries on Wednesday, May 29 at 1:20 pm.
Carl Walker, 48, of Belle Mead was driving a 2021 Ford Explorer when he failed to yield the right of way while trying to turn left out of the restaurant parking lot to Route 206 north, police said.
Walker struck a 2019 Hyundai operated by Linda Pino, 77, of Franklin Park. She was traveling south on the state highway, according to Officer Jason Clifford, who investigated the crash.

Walker’s front seat passenger was transported to Penn Medicine Princeton Health at Plainsboro by Montgomery EMS for neck and arm pain. Pino was transported to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Somerset by EMS for chest pain. Both vehicles were towed from the scene.
Traffic was delayed for one hour for scene investigation and cleanup.
Carl Walker was issued a summons for careless driving, and is scheduled to appear in Montgomery Municipal Court.
