Princeton Medical Center CFO
May 29, 1960 - November 29, 2025

Bruce Traub, 65, of Skillman, NJ, entered into eternal rest on November 29 after a brave but short battle with brain cancer.
Bruce was born and raised in Liverpool, NY. He graduated from Liverpool High School in 1978 and went on to attend SUNY Geneseo, earning his degree in 1982. Bruce most recently served as CFO and Partner for Fitness and Wellness Professional Services. Prior to that, he was the chief financial officer of Princeton Medical Center for 12 years.
Bruce met his wife, Mary, on their first day of college; they were married in 1988 and went on to build a beautiful life together. He was a devoted husband and father who always put his family first. Bruce adored his daughters, Rachael and Emily, and one of the greatest joys of his life was meeting his grandson, Matthew Jr., on November 7, 2025.
Bruce will be remembered for his unwavering compassion, generosity, and the quiet strength with which he lived his life. A devoted member of St. Charles Borromeo Church, Bruce served as an usher and Eucharistic minister. He took great pride in ringing the bells to begin the 8:30am Mass on Sunday mornings. In his spare time, he enjoyed playing tennis and golf, as well as spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife, Mary; his daughters, Rachael Lelliott (Matthew) and Emily Traub; and his cherished grandson, Matthew Lelliott Jr. He is also survived by his mother, Eleanor of Liverpool, NY; and his brothers, Craig (Susan) of Oswego, NY, and Brian (Marilyn) of Hurricane, Utah. He was predeceased by his father, E. David, and his brother, Gary.
He leaves behind a legacy of love, integrity and a grace that touched all who knew him.
A Funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Charles Borromeo Church on December 6.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Charles Borromeo Church in Skillman.
