Emergency crews in Montgomery Township NJ are responded to a motorcycle crash near East Mountain Road at today at 2:23 pm. Montgomery first responders were setting up a medevac landing zone in Lubas Park on Route 601, according to Somerset County dispatch audio.

Montgomery Township officials are currently reviewing a recommendation from consultant Adam Taylor, president and CEO of Talva Energy, to install a large, remote net-metered solar array on township-owned property. Taylor gave a lengthy presentation on his feasibility findings, regarding “where and how solar energy could make sense” at the March 5 Township Committee meeting. He zeroed-in on the Montgomery municipal complex at the corner of Route 206 Orchard Road in Skillman.

The court ruled that a newly formed entity, the Harold & Mary Jacobs Library Foundation, Inc. (H&MJLF), presented a viable plan to reopen and maintain a small community library in Rocky Hill — consistent with the original intent of donor Harold Jacobs.
