Montgomery Township police officers caught three alleged burglars outside an apartment at the corner of routes 518 and 601 on Tuesday, May 9 at 11:30 am.
The resident was not home at the time of the crime. She had a home-security surveillance system, and was able to witness two strangers on camera inside of her residence. She called 911.
Several businesses on the corner of routes 518 and 601 in Skillman have apartments on the second floor.
The Montgomery Township police responded to the area and observed three suspects—two matching the description in the video, attempting to leave the area. Police arrested all three suspects, and found them to be in possession of burglary tools. Police transported the following suspects to Somerset County Jail:
Hector Castellanos, 57, unknown address, is charged with Burglary by Entering Structure; Possession of Burglary Tools; Criminal Mischief; Conspiracy; and being a Fugitive from Justice.
Jonny Gomez-Cardona, 36, from Queens, NY is charged with Burglary by Entering Structure; Possession of Burglary Tools; Criminal Mischief; and Conspiracy.
Linda Torruledu-Tobar, 32, from Queens, NY is charged with Burglary by Entering Structure; Possession of Burglary Tools; Criminal Mischief; Conspiracy; and Tampering with Physical Evidence.

The Montgomery police spokesperson said that authorities are investigating possible connections to other burglaries.
The defendants await a hearing in Somerset County Court.
