Be an informed voter.

As always, The Montgomery News donated space in our October print issue and online to the candidates who are running for the Montgomery Township Committee so community members may become informed voters.

Two Montgomery Township Committee seats are available in the November 3 General Election.

• Incumbent Patricia Taylor-Todd (D) is running for a second 3-year-term against challenger George DeSanctis (R).

• Doug Herring (D), appointed in July to fill the unexpired term of Vince Barragan (D), is running for a 2-year-term against challenger Chris Venis (R).
