Gabriela Zayova did submit a response, however, she choose not to answer the questions.
When asked if she would answer the questions, she wrote: “Hello, I sent response to you. That’s my statement to town residents. If [you] don’t want to use it, it’s your choice. I don’t feel your questions should mandate what I want to say. Have a good day.”
She also sent the photograph above.
The Montgomery News staff decided it was not fair to all candidates and our readers to allow one candidate to deviate from the key school district questions while eight other candidates answered them.
