Montgomery Township, NJ, Police and Health Department officials are partnering to raise awareness about the dangers of vaping and substance abuse. They sponsored a program at Montgomery High School on Friday, June 6, aimed at educating teens about the risks.

Princeton Airport on Route 206 in the Skillman section of Montgomery Township, is offering free tours every Tuesday at 10:30 am during July and August 2025. It's a great adventure for young future pilots ages 5 and up.

Montgomery Township Committee issues a special statement regarding its PBA contract negotiations, citing their commitment to police officers, while being mindful of property taxes. Montgomery taxpayers already pay the highest property taxes in Somerset County, NJ, and continue to face rising school and municipal expenses, compounded by inflation.

The Montgomery Promenade, the 292,700-square-foot center on Route 206 in Skillman, NJ, just north of Princeton, is expected to open Phase 1 in late 2025. Whole Foods is anticipated to open in 2026.

Montgomery police officers and a GOP candidate questioned Township Committee members about a lack of support at the May 28, 2025 meeting. PBA president Sal Intili, along with half of the union, had also attended the Township Committee meeting on May 15 to voice their concerns "over the lack of support from the committee members."
