After a Public Outcry, Montgomery Leaders Present New Affordable Housing Options
Montgomery Township Committee and Planning Board held an Affordable Housing Town Hall Monday night at the municipal center. Mayor Neena Singh said, "New options were developed in response to public feedback. Among the new options are additional extensions on expiring deed restrictions on existing affordable units so we can further reduce the total number of new units constructed." Meanwhile, two community groups are gearing up to challenge the township's plan.
