Locals have wondered about the future of the PJ’s Pancake House & Tavern planned for a new building in the Village Walk at Montgomery on Route 206 in Skillman, near the Route 518 intersection. Finally, a “PJ’s Pancake House” sign went up this summer, followed by a post on the Pugliese Properties Facebook page on August 22 announcing that PJ’s is “scheduled to open this fall.”

Mayor Neena Singh said, "New options were developed in response to public feedback. Among the new options are additional extensions on expiring deed restrictions on existing affordable units so we can further reduce the total number of new units constructed."
