Meximodo Cocina & Tequila Bar and Konaseema Biriyani & Dosa are the latest businesses to join Montgomery Promenade - the massive new mall expected to open in September on Route 206 in Skillman.
Montgomery Promenade is expected to be fully open in the fall. The anchor store, Whole Foods, is aiming for late August. Phase 1 of the new mall will add more than 40 businesses to Route 206 in Skillman.
Meximodo holds the Guinness World Record for the largest tequila & mezcal selection available at a bar-restaurant in the world. The restaurants feature 1,033 different bottles of tequila, mezcal, and other agave, according to their Facebook page.
Brands range from Clase Azul ‘Ultra’ Añejo at $575 a shot to more affordable brands such as Old Mexico Blanco at $10 a shot, according to the tequila menu.
The restaurant has two other locations, the first opened in Metuchen in 2023, and a second restaurant is in Jersey City with a menu featuring traditional cuisine and cocktails from Mexico.

Konaseema Cuisine, established in 2017, serves authentic Indian food. Selections from the menu range from tikka masalas to truly authentic Hyderabad dum biryanis. Other items include Chettinad dishes to the south Indian dosas (Indian crepes).
The menu represents a mosaic of the regional cuisines of India, indo-chinese dishes, and Tandoori kabab sizzlers. The restaurant uses 100% Zabiha halal meat.
Konaseema Cuisine has a restaurant in North Brunswick and one in Rocky Hill, CT.
Tim McLoone’s newest steak and seafood restaurant joins a dozen others that pepper New Jersey and Maryland’s National Harbor. His first, the iconic Rum Runner in Sea Bright, was lost to superstorm Sandy and rebuilt even finer. Signature cocktails include: Tiki Barber (Mount Gay black barrel rum, aperol, golden falernum, pineapple, lemon, and honey); and Whale Mary (St. George green chile vodka, Bloody Mary mix, jumbo shrimp, bacon, celery, lemon, pickle, and a bleu cheese stuffed olive.)
Offers a vast beer and wine selection, variety of menu offerings and live entertainment on the weekends.

A daytime restaurant, open 7 days a week, from 7:30 am to 3 pm for breakfast, brunch, and lunch.

An Italian bakery founded in NYC by Tony Park who is of Korean descent, but born in Palermo, Italy and raised from a young age by an Italian family, pays homage to his Italian grandmother. Known for Bombolones (light and fluffy Italian Doughnuts). Also serves focaccia & pizza, pasta, croissants, sandwiches, salads, gelato, tarts, and cake.
All-day cafe serving healthy food. Gourmet toasts, coffee, and acai smoothie bowls.
Vaishali Patel, a Montgomery resident and chairperson of the township’s Economic Development Commission (EDC), will run this business, creating a space for cooking classes, social gatherings, birthday parties and community events.
