Montgomery Township Committee unanimously approves an ordinance to ban data centers and detention centers. A lawyer who represents Kahn Development -— the owner of a 300-acre tract zoned for limited industrial use, urged Montgomery leaders to vote against an ordinance. About a dozen community members spoke in support of the ordinance, and to protect a 300-acre plot in Skillman —the former campus of J&J and Kenvue now owned by EKahn.
