Montgomery High School (MHS) student senior Dilan Mehta recognized the importance of small businesses and wanted to help the township's shop local initiative. He recently founded the Montgomery Small Business Initiative (SBI): a nonprofit, student- run consulting and internship organization that aims to pair motivated, business-minded students with local businesses to create mutually beneficial partnerships.

Fully Promoted Princeton (FPP) aims to be a “one-stop shop” for local businesses to purchase promotional materials, such as embroidered custom-designed shirts, hats, signs, pens, cups, and more. Owner Rashmi Nair of Belle Mead opened her shop in May in Research Park on Route 206, across from Princeton Airport.
