Kathleen Johnston Dyer, 81, of Belle Mead, New Jersey, died on August 25, 2026 while a resident at The Delaney of Bridgewater in Bridgewater. She died peacefully and quietly after a long battle with Alzheimer’s disease with family members in close attendance.

Sidney L. Willis, who lived in Princeton and more recently in Skillman, died at the age of 96 on August 31, 2026 at the Princeton Medical Center. He served as the director of New Jersey State and Regional Planning, and as a special master supporting the court in its landmark decision of what became known as the Mount Laurel II decision, which obligated all of New Jersey’s municipalities to provide for the production of low- and moderate-income housing in their zoning codes.
