The Montgomery Planning Board unanimously granted final major site plan approval tonight to Atlantic Realty to construct a one-story retail building on Route 206 in Belle Mead. Known as Building 4, it would be located within the existing Montgomery Place Shopping Center, home to Kasia Market, CVS, and other shops.
