Montgomery School Board Candidates: In Their Own Words

The Montgomery News gave each school board candidate an opportunity to answer important questions "in their own words." Six candidates are running for three open seats on the Montgomery School Board, following a year of long, heated discussions at board meetings, some lasting until midnight. The current board of nine members could be described as fractured on multiple important issues.
