Gymnast Shriya Desai Is The Montgomery News October 2025 Athlete of the Month

On a sweltering June 24th evening, 427 students, plus their families, teachers, and school officials, gathered inside the air conditioned gymnasium to celebrate their accomplishments.

Montgomery High School junior Obinna Obuba is having a phenomenal season. He won the Somerset County championship for the 110m hurdles, while placing third in the high jump and fifth in the 200m dash.

Montgomery Township, NJ, Police and Health Department officials are partnering to raise awareness about the dangers of vaping and substance abuse. They sponsored a program at Montgomery High School on Friday, June 6, aimed at educating teens about the risks.
