E. Kahn Development (EKD), the new owner of the former Kenvue campus in Skillman, NJ, held a neighborhood meeting at the Princeton Elk's Lodge on Wednesday, April 29, in which he solicited feedback from about 15 neighbors of the property. While EKD Principal Eli Kahn said he submitted a fully-engineered limited industrial development plan for his 382-acre property, he is simultaneously seeking support for a less dense, mixed-use residential alternative.
