New e-bike regulations are now in effect across New Jersey. E-bike drivers must now have a valid licence for ages 15 and up, and insurance. The Montgomery Township Police Department reminds residents the new law is designed to improve public safety, clarify operator requirements, and ensure responsible use of electric bicycles throughout our community.
