Johnson & Johnson on Feb. 18 announced a more than $1 billion investment in a new next generation cell therapy manufacturing facility in Pennsylvania that will provide 4,000 construction jobs and 500 skilled biomanufacturing jobs once it is fully operational. The historic village has about 280 households, but that may increase by another 91 homes in the form of condos and rowhomes on a historic farm property off Princeton Avenue.
