The Rotary Club of Montgomery/Rocky Hill and the Montgomery Business Association are pleased to announce the return of two iconic community events.
After a two-year hiatus, the Run with Rotary and the Montgomery FunFest are back. These two great events will take place together on one great day: Sunday, October 2, from 10 am to 3 pm at Skillman Park in Montgomery Township.
Start your day with a 5K run, or a 1-mile ramble, then take in the sights, sounds, and food at the Montgomery FunFest.
This is the Rotary Club of Montgomery/Rocky Hill’s 14th Annual Run with Rotary. Proceeds will benefit the Rotary Club of Montgomery/Rocky Hill Foundation, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization. Founded 32 years ago, the Rotary Club of Montgomery-Rocky Hill is a volunteer service organization dedicated to ending hunger, illiteracy, addiction, and polio; saving vulnerable mothers and children; promoting peace and protecting the environment. The club raises funds for local and international charities as well as for college and vocational scholarships, and provides hands-on assistance to communities and families in need.
Proceeds help fund scholarships for local students. Above are the 2022 scholarship recipients from Montgomery High School.

The Montgomery Business Association's FunFest has become a great annual tradition. This will be the sixth year for the event, which supports the local business community. Usually, FunFest is held at the Princeton Airport on Route 206 in Skillman. This year, the event, which features booths showcasing local businesses, art, contemporary crafts, culinary delights, and games of chance, will take place after Run with Rotary at Skillman Park. Do the run (or walk), then enjoy live entertainment, games for the kids, and check out the fire trucks and EMS rescue vehicles. There will be surprise performances and demonstrations.
In addition, there will be pets available for adoption, and a 50–50 drawing. FunFest begins at 10 am and admission is free.
The Montgomery Business Association (MBA), a 501(c) (6) organization, was founded in 2010. The MBA grew out of the desires of several community groups to foster local businesses and encourage local shopping. The goals of this non-profit organization are to keep more commerce in the local economy; protect our environment with less driving; strengthen the sense of community among residents and businesses; enhance the special nature of Montgomery living.
