Long-time Montgomery resident
(June 13, 1931 - June 15, 2024)

Joan Lois (Witt) Tellier, 93, of Montgomery Township, died peacefully on June 15, 2024, at Merwick Rehabilitation & Care Center in Plainsboro.
Born in New Brunswick, NJ, Joan grew up in Highland Park and also raised her family there until 1974. She then lived in Montgomery Township for 46 years.
Joan earned her nursing degree from Abington Hospital in Abington, PA in 1952. After graduation she married and enjoyed being a stay at home mother.
Joan always had a special place in her heart for the Jersey Shore, especially Manasquan, where she lived during her childhood summers with her beloved, Granny.
She is predeceased by her husband, Paul Emile, and son, Marc Charles.
She is survived by her daughter, Paulette and her husband, Richard Russo, and their two children, James (wife Jaki) and Rebecca (fiance Brendan).
Memorial donations may be made in Joan’s memory to Burlington County Animal Rescue. Interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family. ■
