Montgomery police officers responded to a hit-and-run crash on Symes Drive in the Belle Mead section of the township on April 3.
Officer Michael Contreras responded to the scene to conduct a crash investigation. It was determined that at some point overnight, a 2011 to 2013 black Kia Sorrento was being operated in an unsafe manner and struck a parked vehicle. The driver of the Kia Sorrento then left the scene.
Police are looking for a black Kia Sorrento with damage to the front bumper, concentrated on the passenger side. Anyone with information regarding the crash should contact the Montgomery Township Police Traffic Safety Unit at 908.359.3222.
