Charter Member of the Montgomery Methodist Church

Elizabeth “Betty” Ruppert of Montgomery Township died on October 3.

Born in Plainfield, Betty graduated from Bound Brook High School and resided in Montgomery Township since 1964. A charter member of the Montgomery United Methodist Church, Betty worked at Orchard Road School, and later for the Township of Montgomery. She enjoyed knitting for charities, jigsaw puzzles and exercising in the pool at her gym.

Betty is predeceased by her husband Leonard Ruppert, son Todd, and granddaughter Kaitlyn Cramer. She is survived by children Susan Cramer, husband Dan; Mark Ruppert, wife Denise; grandsons Adam Cramer, wife Lacy; Jared Cramer, wife Mary Page; Sean Ruppert, wife Heather; great-grandchildren Julia, Paisley and Hattie Cramer; Leonard and Eliza Ruppert; Zelda and Aurora Manes.

A Celebration of Life will be held 11 am on Saturday, November 5 at the Montgomery United Methodist Church, 117 Sunset Road, Belle Mead, NJ 08502.
