Daniel Michael Moore, 46, of Titusville died January 2 at Capital Health Medical Center after suffering a stroke the week before. He was surrounded by his loving family and the music of the Grateful Dead.

His hard work and caring presence at the Village Elementary School in Montgomery Township left a lasting impact on all the students, staff, and families who knew him. All will remember his warm demeanor, big smile, and kind eyes.

Daniel was employed by the Montgomery Township Board of Education since 1998.

Born in Trenton, he was a life-long area resident. Son of the late John J. Moore, Jr.; brother of the late Jason Robert Moore; he is survived by his mother, Roseimelda M. Nowicki Moore and her significant other, Darryl Schnerr of Hamilton.

Daniel is survived by his wife Carol Macaulay Moore and his daughter Kaela Roseimelda Moore of Titusville; a brother and sister-in-law, Leonard John and Hope Moore of Adamstown, PA; In-laws Huguette Macaulay of Quebec; Sister and brother-in-law Christine and Richard Eggert of Manchester, TN, and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.

To assist his wife Carol and college-aged daughter Kaela, friends have set up a Daniel Moore Family Go Fund Me account to help defray the costs of the services and to provide their daughter with college assistance.
