Rocky Hill Could End Up with 91 Housing Units on an Old Farm Property to Settle a Developer's Challenge
An old Rocky Hill Farm property located on Princeton Avenue could be the location of a 91-unit housing development if Borough Council votes to adopt a resolution at tonight's meeting to authorize the execution of a new affordable housing agreement to meet its affordable housing mandate. The small borough, which only has about 280 households now, would grow by about 32%, if this development comes to fruition.
