The Montgomery Board of Education voted 5 to 3 on September 15 in favor of renewing Superintendent Mary E. McLoughlin's contract for five years with a 20% Increase in year one after a lengthy discussion that was at times contentious. Ultimately, the board ruled that she should be compensated commensurately with her peer superintendents.

Montgomery Township, NJ — Three newly-elected Montgomery/Rocky Hill School Board members were sworn-in at the reorganization meeting on Tuesday, Jan. 6. The board also selected Patrick Todd to serve as president (this will be his third year at the helm), and Maria Spina as vice president.
