She covered the project's evolution, revised architectural concept plans, and its central role in the Montgomery Township affordable housing strategy. It is designed to offset the recent extension of affordability controls on 96 existing units at Pike Run.

Motorists on Route 206 will notice a 22-acre plot with uprooted trees and mulch piles in the Harlingen section of Montgomery Township, NJ across from Allegra School. Workers from The Firewood Farm were on site this week clearing the land to made way for sewer pipes and other infrastructure needed before building can begin. The Montgomery Planning Board approved the 54-unit development project in January 2024. It will include 18 apartments, of which 11 would be affordable hous
