Have you ever gone to the dog park hoping your pup will meet some new or old friends but it’s empty?
Skillman resident, Ellen Dollard, is putting an end to that. She has developed an app that enables pet parents to connect with others at local dog parks.

The app is called WagTime and it’s available in the Apple store and on Google Play.
Dollard, a management professional at Merrill Lynch, says she has gone to the dog park and no other dogs would be there. Her previous dog, Hunter, and her current dog, Charlie, would be looking out at the dog park gate and parking lot, hoping to see another dog arrive to play with. After some time, she would leave, disappointed that her dogs hadn’t been able to play with another.
Her new app enables users to schedule times, connect with others and chat, and follow their favorite dog parks.
