She said she developed a strong sense of discipline, precision, and attention to detail—elements that naturally influence her teaching style today. Her years of dance training honed not only her technical skill, but also a profound understanding of movement, flow, and body awareness—qualities that now shape her work as a Pilates instructor.
Throughout her dance career, she experienced firsthand the physical demands and risks that come with high-performance movement. It was during this time that she discovered Pilates—not just as a form of cross-training, but as a powerful tool for injury prevention, rehabilitation, and long-term wellness.

Today, she combines her background in professional ballet with the principles of Pilates to help clients move with strength and confidence by focusing on control, proper alignment, and quality of movement in every session. She believes wholeheartedly that Pilates is for all people and every body, regardless of age, experience, or fitness level.
