Sara Sooy is a lifelong resident of Somerset County.

​

Professional: Sara Sooy, MBA, Commercial Real Estate Industry. Education: Saint Francis College, Major: Economics, Minor: International Economics, 2014; Rutgers University, MBA, Real Estate Development, 2018.

Sooy has served as a Somerset County commissioner from January 2019 to present. She also served on the Somerset Hills School District Board of Education from 2015 to 2018.

​

She also has served as a member of the Somerset County Business Partnership; former commissioner of the Somerset County Commission on the Status of Women, a volunteer with the Bernardsville Senior Center; a volunteer with the Morristown Soup Kitchen, Heart Works, and Kiwanians. ■
