Brandywine Serenade in Princeton Is Now Open

August 25, 2022

Brandywine Serenade at Princeton, the area’s newest senior living community, is now open. Open house dates are scheduled for August 26 and 27. “We offer apartment style living for seniors who appreciate not having to cook, clean or worry about the tasks of daily living,” says Brandywine Director of Community Relations Hilary Murray. “We take care of everything! So residents may relax and enjoy the socially and intellectually stimulating activities and programs offered,” Murray says.

Brandywine Living is a market leader in luxury senior living, including assisted living, memory care and independent living. Founded in 1996, and headquartered in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey, Brandywine currently operates 32 communities in seven states (PA, NJ, NY, CT, VA , MD & DE) with the capacity to serve over 3,200 residents. One monthly rental fee covers a package of services and amenities. Nurses and care managers are onsite all day, every day, to ensure residents are safe and stay healthy.

Brandywine Serenade is located on Mount Lucus Road, just across the Montgomery Township border in Princeton. It will have more than 80 new residents who will have their “families live nearby.” “They will frequent local businesses, houses of worship, restaurants, and health care services,” she adds. Brandywine also has a transportation team available to drive residents to all of the above places in our area and to other points of interest.

Brandywine Living was recently recognized by U.S. News & World Report in its inaugural list of the top category of “Best Senior Living.” Twenty-nine Brandywine Living communities met the rigorous criteria set by U.S. News & World Report to be recognized as a “Best Senior Living,” the highest possible rating. The status reflects only those communities that satisfy the U.S. News & World Report’s objective assessment of performance from consumer satisfaction surveys administered between March 2021 and February 2022, reflecting the viewpoints of more than 200,000 current residents and family members of residents living in thousands of senior living communities nationwide.

“We are proud that our communities have been named Best Senior Living in Assisted Living and Memory Care by U.S. News & World Report,” commented Brenda J. Bacon, president and CEO. “Our amazing team members, beautiful communities, and dedication to maintaining an active and full lifestyle are valued by our residents and their families. It is an honor to receive this national recognition.”

Brandywine Living was recognized in the areas of community engagement, food and dining, caregiving, and management and team members in the Best Senior Living ratings and profiles. Brandywine Serenade at Princeton is now open for tours every day of the week.
