Jacob Abdelshahid, who was the subject of an extensive missing person search, has been located safe, according to a statement released by Montgomery Township Police on January 26.
“For privacy reasons, details regarding this matter will not be disclosed,” police said.
Montgomery Township police thank Somerset County Emergency Management, Somerset County Search and Rescue, New Jersey State Search and Rescue Counsel, Montgomery Township EMS, Millstone Valley Fire Department Station 28, Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office, Woodbridge Police Department, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, and the New Jersey State Police for their time and assistance during this investigation.
A Gofundme site had raised about $15,800 to help find Abdelshahid.
