Michael is a marketing and business development professional who has been a long-time community leader in Somerset County. He is currently serving his first-term as a councilman in Bridgewater Township after terms on both the zoning and planning boards in town.

He has lived in Somerset County for almost two decades with his wife Nicole, kids Phoebe and Robert and their 2-year-old dog, Lily.

Michael has the distinction of being elected to, and serving in, local office in two different Somerset County municipalities. In 2005, the Green Brook Township Committee chose him to fill a vacancy on the committee. That same year, he ran for a full three-year term. His running mate was former mayor Pat Walsh. Michael serves as chairman of the Bridgewater Republican MC. ■
