Ashwin Jaju, a textile engineer and owner of a company that specializes in high-performance athleticwear for companies such as Patagonia, Nike, and RipCurl to name a few, has a hobby farm on a small plot of land outside of his Skillman office. He has offered flowers for sale in the past. Now he is experimenting with saffron crocus.

Myjuan Unique Gomez, known around the gym as Bo, staged a grand opening of his new venture on September 10. Bo is also a membership salesman at Princeton Fitness and Wellness Center. He enhanced this passion for fitness with his love of flavor and community by founding and opening his Unique Eats Café.
